This Privacy Policy explains how SudokuBeast and Greatest & Latest, Inc. collect, use, disclose and protect personal information relating to public website visitors and Business Admin users.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect business/account information, purchase or redemption information, campaign configuration and content, communications, usage information, and technical/security information such as IP address, browser/device information, login activity, sessions, security events and server logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and administer accounts, authenticate users, provide campaign and player-management functionality, process purchases and redemptions, deliver transactional communications, provide support, prevent abuse and security incidents, maintain records and backups, enforce our Terms, improve the service and comply with legal obligations.
3. Player Information Accessible to Business Users
Business Users may receive information submitted by players participating in their campaigns. Business Users are independently responsible for their collection, access, export, marketing use, disclosure, retention and deletion of that information and for providing disclosures and honoring rights required by applicable law.
4. Disclosures
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, transactional email, security, payments, analytics, AI and other operational functions; to marketplace/payment providers when necessary; when required by law; to protect rights or security; or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies
We may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication, session management, security and core functionality. If non-essential technologies requiring consent are introduced, appropriate notice and consent mechanisms will be implemented.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, records, legal obligations, disputes and legitimate operational needs. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. International Users
SudokuBeast is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning certain personal information. Requests relating to SudokuBeast’s own processing may be sent to privacy@sudokubeast.com. Requests concerning a Campaign Operator’s independent use of player information should be directed to that Campaign Operator.
9. Children
The Business Admin service is not intended for children. Business Users configuring campaigns involving minors are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns and data practices comply with applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own privacy practices.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy as the platform, service providers or legal requirements evolve. The effective date identifies the current version.
